The Atlantic Hotel will host the Eat Jersey Food Festival from Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th March 2023. This celebratory four day event will see the hotel’s Executive Chef Will Holland joined by a stellar line up of renowned chefs.

The four-day event opens with a spectacular five course banquet crafted by five outstanding chefs who have all been part of Will Holland’s brigade at one time or another and have gone on to be famous chefs in their own right – read more here about The Famous Five.

“The Famous Five” event is followed by ‘four-hands’ six course tasting menu prepared by Michel Roux Jr, world renowned, 2 Michelin star chef, television personality and owner of Le Gavroche in London,  in collaboration with Atlantic Hotel’s Executive Chef Will Holland.

On Saturday 25th March and Sunday 26th March the renowned chefs Bryn Williams and Elliott Lidstone showcase specially crafted menus inspired by their iconic restaurants.
