We’re hiring! Lottery Kiosk Administrator – Jersey (Immediate start)

Are you self-motivated and enjoy customer interaction with flexible hours to suit? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the JJ Fox team as a Lottery Kiosk Administrator.

 

Purpose of the Role:

The main purpose of this position is to sell lottery tickets and handle redemptions for tickets in the landmark lottery kiosk in St Helier.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell lottery tickets to the public
  • Real-time winning ticket redemptions and barcode scanning of tickets
  • Promoting the CI Lottery to the public
  • Handling reconciliations of the cash float and its replenishment
  • Manage replenishment of lottery tickets from head office
  • Entering and completing ticket reconciliation in company software
  • Ensuring customers meet legislative age criteria when purchasing lottery tickets

 

Experience/Skills Required:

Essential:

  • Basic computer literacy with additional training provided.
  • DBS check.

 

Hours of Work

This position is a zero-hour contract.
