Quick Tips to Prevent a Callout

All Machines

  • Is the machine plugged in, is the socket switched on, is the machine switched on?
  • Have you tested the socket to ensure there is power to that socket?

Coffee Machines

  • Switch the mains power off for at least 30 seconds, switch it back on and wait 2 minutes, does the fault remain?
  • For machines without a mains water supply, is there water in the tank or bottle?

  • If the machine is leaking, or there is a burning smell, turn off from the power and water services and call direct the above numbers.
