We’re hiring! Hospitality Sales Representative – Jersey

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the JJ Fox Trading Sales team as a Sales Representative for our Hospitality customers.  The successful applicant needs to have a high level of self-motivation and organisation, be a strategic thinker who understands the needs of the business and customers and have exceptional customer service and professional aptitude. Purpose of the Role:

The key purpose of this role is to drive sales across all product categories and sales channels through retention and growth of existing customers and development of new customers. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. This position will require travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales and Pipeline Business to achieve sales targets and budgets
• Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to develop new business and retain existing business
• Implement planned sales activities effectively
• Achieve coverage targets as set out in the field plan, through the effective planning of daily/weekly journey plans
• Be knowledgeable about all product categories and be able to communicate this knowledge effectively to customers, using sales aids provided and following a structured approach to all sales calls
• Present new product presentations and/or sales reviews to customers as required
• Complete all reporting accurately and on time

Experience/Skills Required:

Essential:

• Clean driving licence
• Experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)

An Advantage:

• Experience of working in FMCG, Beverage, and Non-foods industry
• Knowledge of HORECA industry

Hours of Work

Normal working hours are 37.5 per week over five days and you may be required, on occasion, to work overtime to meet business needs.
