Purpose of the Role:

The Account Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, building customer relationships, and supporting the wider sales strategy, while consistently upholding the Purpose and Values of the Fox Group across every customer touchpoint.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and build a strong pipeline to achieve business targets
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with key customers and partners
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and insightful business reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and changing customer needs to inform strategy
  • Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and account plans
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with professionalism and confidence
  • Always represent Fox Trading Group with consistency and integrity
  • Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure service excellence
  • Support the Sales Manager in delivering business objectives and identifying areas for improvement

 

Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Experience within the foodservice industry is an advantage
