We are going through an exciting period of change and are looking for administrators to join our dynamic teams on an interim basis to support the ongoing projects facilitating the smooth transition of Fox and Easenmyne.

If you have experience in an administration based role and have had exposure providing customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Purpose of the Role:

The main purpose of this position is to support with ongoing projects throughout the business. This will include being trained up on new systems within our sales order processing team initially, with the possibility of being redeployed in the business in the future to support the business in other areas.  

 

We are looking for a candidate who…

  • Has previous experience working in an administration type role
  • Has had exposure to dealing with customers
  • Is willing to learn new systems and be pro-active in their approach to support the team
  • Has an enthusiastic and can-do attitude

 

Experience/Skills Required:

Essential:

  • Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience in administration focused role

An Advantage:

  • Previous experience in a customer service administration type role

 

Hours of Work

The nature of this role requires various hours to be worked, however, initially the role will start on a Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm basis until training has been completed.
