Role Scope:

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new opportunities, meaningful partnerships, and standout customer experiences You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our sales strategy is seamlessly aligned with TRC’s expressive brand identity – while consistently upholding the Purpose and Values of the Fox Group across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Partnerships

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Channel Islands and beyond
  • Lead expansion into new markets and customer segments, with a focus on creating meaningful partnerships
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to unlock cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate on the development of product categories and environments (coffee, vending, water)

Sales & Commercial Execution

  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that reflect company tone and values
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with professionalism and confidence
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning
  • Drive performance against sales targets and support forecasting and budget planning

Internal Collaboration & Brand Stewardship

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication across departments
  • Champion company values internally, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and engagement
  • Participate in team huddles and strategic planning sessions to align efforts and share insights

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A passion for coffee (barista skills are advantageous)
