We’re Hiring! Customer Care Specialist

Are you ready to drive our customer experience to new heights and revolutionize customer satisfaction? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Customer Service team. If you have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for implementing innovative initiatives, then this role is for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Fully utilising the company customer service platform, extrapolating information, and making recommendations from trends and themes
  Motivating and supporting our customer sales and administrative team to continually seek improvement 
• Work with our customer ‘Hub’ in promoting the Fox Group as the supplier of choice among our customer base in both Jersey and Guernsey
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty based on NPS insights
• Daily tracking or Customer Experience feedback
• Track and report on NPS scores on a quarterly basis to the Head of Customer Service
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to drive continuous improvement.

Experience/Skills Required:

Essential:

• Good level of written and spoken English
• Experience in a Customer Centric role
• Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• A high level of self-motivation and organisation
• Ability to lead a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• A high level of self-awareness to remain calm under pressure and to therefore be able to always provide excellent customer service

An Advantage:

• Experience using similar order processing systems

Hours of Work

Normal working hours are 37.5 per week. The working shift pattern is rota based between Monday – Friday.
