We’re hiring! L&D Professional /In-House Trainer

An exciting new role has become available for an L& D Professional / In-House Trainer to join our team!

In this role you will work alongside our executive team and be accountable for producing engaging and exciting training formats to our employees, with the purpose of empowering them to cultivate the skills and knowledge they need to fulfil our purpose and be true to our values!

Key Attributes:

• A strong background in teaching and in-house training is a necessity.
• A positive can-do attitude to assess the effectiveness of our training programme, to deliver it and ensure it’s sustained.
• Be adaptable, to engage with a multitude of employees from different backgrounds.

• As this is a new role you will need to have excellent communication, persuasive and organisational skills. If you love empowering your students through the knowledge and skills you provide them with, you will love this job!

Hours of Work

Normal working hours are 37.5 per week over five days and you may be required, on occasion, to work overtime to meet business needs.
