We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven individual to manage the technical maintenance, and repairs, of our vending and catering machines whilst meeting our high operating standards within our contracted customer service offer.
Our Service Engineers take full accountability for several key performance indicators, including response times and the time taken to fit parts and test the machines to ensure an excellent customer experience every time.
Previous experience in the Catering Equipment Category is desirable, as is relevant experience in delivering great customer service!
Experience and Technical Skills Required:
Previous experience working with commercial catering, vending, coffee, and water machines is required, along with:
Maintenance, Repair & Servicing of quality equipment from several leading manufacturers, to include:
Hours of Work
Normal working hours are 37.5 per week over five days (Monday to Friday) and you may be required, on occasions, to work overtime to meet business needs.
Once fully trained, the successful candidate will be expected to join the on-call rota to cover one week in every month.
