Role Scope:

The Service Technician plays a key role in delivering timely installation, servicing, and repairs for equipment within The Refresh Collectiv portfolio, while embodying the Fox Group’s Purpose and Values in every interaction.

They will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair a range of equipment in line with manufacturers’ guidelines.
• Undertake both reactive and planned maintenance visits.
• Escalates unmet customer requirements to Management and assists in identifying practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of work completed and parts utilised in line with internal processes and procedures.
• Comply with all customer procedures relating to access, security, and health and safety.
• Communicate all customer feedback to Management.
• Build strong working relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organised storage environment for all equipment and spare parts, across all locations and vehicles.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage or faults to Management without delay.
• Provide cover for colleagues within the department and undertake additional duties as required.
• Follow operations processes while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety.
• Assist in creating, reviewing and updating the company’s standard operating practices and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to search out facts with strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Clean driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of the island.
• CRB clearance.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Very strong communication skills at all levels within the company and a good level of written and spoken English.
• A high level of self-motivation and organisation.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• An excellent customer service aptitude and a professional and courteous manner
