IT System Go-Live Update

We would like to advise all customers that we will be integrating our IT Systems over the coming bank holiday weekend for completion on 2nd May 2022 which means that both Easenmyne and JJ Fox Trading Ltd will be operating on the same platform. All orders will be processed on the same platform and all your order information will be stored on one platform.

In the near future, you will be able to see all of our combined product range and place your orders online with our secure web shop. Initially the main changes you will see on your Invoices, Credit Notes, and a new Combined Statements. 

We plan to have all our IT Systems integrated and live by the 2nd May 2022. Therefore, we would like to ask that all customers to  place orders in good time, to ensure continuity of supply during this transition weekend.

Fox Trading Jersey and Guernsey 

Fox Showrooms 

The Showroom will be closed from Friday 29th April from 4pm, closed Saturday and closed Bank Holiday Monday. We will re-open our doors Tuesday 3rd May 2022.

Deliveries

Last orders at Fox for same day delivery on Friday 29th will be 12pm and we will recommence normal services on Tuesday 3rd May 2022 at 7am. You will not be able to have a top up order between these days as our computer systems will be integrating. Please note you can still email, order online or place your orders via our voicemail for all goods being despatched on Tuesday. We apologise for any inconvenience caused

Easenmyne Foodservice 

Deliveries

Last orders will be despatched on Saturday on the 30th of April at 8am, we will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday. We will recommence normal services on Tuesday the 3rd May 2022 from 5am. Please note you can still email or place your orders via our voicemail for all goods being despatched on Tuesday.

We apologise for any potential delays, as the team may require more time to process orders to ensure accuracy. It would be helpful if you please could forward your order as early as possible to minimise delays.
