How do you take your coffee?

There are so many ideas to offer your customers, guests and clients, why not feel inspired this summer with some exciting new coffee creations or beloved coffee classics?

Here are a few of our favourites at Fox Trading:

After Dinner Affogato

 

What to have after dinner? A coffee? Or dessert? Why not both, with a perfect mix of smooth and creamy vanilla ice cream nestled under a generous splash of rich espresso and caramel drizzle. We love the idea of adding some extra texture with some crushed biscotti. Simple. Effective. Delicious.

  • 2 Shots of L’OR Ristretto Espresso
  • ½ Cup Coarsely Crushed Biscotti
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Caramel
  1. In a dessert glass, layer ¼ cup of crushed biscotti and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  2. Pour 2 espresso shots into the glass.
  3. Drizzle caramel over the ice cream and garnish with more crushed biscotti.

Brilliant Beetroot Latte

Bear with us with this one. You might not think that beetroot and lattes go together, but they really do! Especially when made with Tea and the Gang’s speciality latte powder, available from Fox Trading. This drink can be enjoyed hot or cold, and its incredible pink hue is sure to grab some attention. If you want fun, bold, social media perfect beverages, then you can’t go wrong with Tea and the Gang. 

  • 1.5 g of Tea and The Gang Beetroot Orange Powder
  • 150-200 ml of milk
  • Dash of honey or maple syrup to sweeten if needed
  • Ice – for cold brews
  1. Scoop 1.5 grams of Tea and The Gang beetroot and orange powder (1 light teaspoon worth) in a standard sized mug (around 330ml). Adjust powder quantity to the size of your mug.
  2. If needed, sweeten with a squeeze of honey, agave/maple syrup (or equivalent sweetener)
  3. Add a splash of boiling hot water and whisk, or stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
  4. Top up with steamed, or cold milk of your choice.
  5. For cold brews just add some ice.

The Ultimate Mocha

Indulging in mocha coffee is like embracing the best of both worlds – a delightful caffeine kick from expertly brewed aromatic coffee harmoniously united with the velvety richness of hot or cold chocolate. This exquisite beverage remains a perennial favorite, perfectly suited for sipping whether the weather calls for warmth or refreshment. Enjoy it in the comforting embrace of a steaming mug or the cool companionship of an iced glass. Don’t forget the toppings! 

  • 1 Shot of Espresso coffee
  • 1 – 1.5 scoop of Monbana Chocolate powder
  • 100 – 150 ml of milk
  • ice for cold version
  • whipped cream and toppings (optional) 
  1. For chocolate mixture: Steam 100-150 ml of milk to a boil, add 1-1.5 scoop of Monbana chocolate powder and stir to achieve smooth consistency.
  2. Prepare espresso of your preferred Lavazza/ Musetti/ Molinari coffee 
  3. Mix 1/4 cup of the chocolate mixture with 1/2 cup cold milk, pour over ice and add espresso.
  4. Top with whipped cream and cocoa/chocolate powder.

Stand Out with Swedish Kaffelemonad

 

Stand out from the rest and offer something trendy, exciting and completely different to your customers. Popular in Sweden, this Iced Coffee Lemonade is a refreshing drink that is great for a hot summer day.

  • 1-2 shots of espresso
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • lemon slice for garnishing
  • tonic water
  • ice
  1. Put 1-2 shots of espresso and 2-3 ice cubes into a mason jar or a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ¼ cup of lemon juice into the jar/ shaker and add sugar or honey to taste if required.
  3. Shake it well, like it was a cocktail, then fill a tall glass at least halfway with ice.
  4. Pour in the tonic water over the ice, before adding the coffee mixture on top.
  5. Garnish with lemon and serve immediately.
